Pete Caringi's All-Maryland Soccer Camps has been serving the Maryland soccer community since 1982 and is entering its 44th year. The camp is led by Coach Caringi, and the staff is described as high level coaches who have played and coached at the highest levels. The stated mission is to be a camp dedicated to helping players of all levels learn the game and improve their skills while having fun. Pete Caringi’s All-Maryland Soccer Camps have been recognized by CBS as one of the top sports camps in the state of Maryland and have been voted one of Maryland’s Top 5 Camps by CBS Sports.
The 5th Annual Joe Sperato Memorial Game is held in honor of a long-time Essex Community College and Highlandtown figure who worked the camps and was involved with youth soccer, and admission to this game is free. The program notes that it is celebrating its 44th anniversary and highlights the Fifth Annual Joe Sperato Memorial Game as a special feature.
