Towson Recreation Council Dance Program

Towson Recreation Council Programs are offered by the Towson Recreation Council, a non-profit organization that focuses on leisure time activities for young people and adults. The programs use the TeamSnap app so participants and families can see team schedules, get updates, use chat, and contact coaches. A universal TeamSnap login works across each TeamSnap program run by the council.

• Ages: 5–18 years old

The Towson Recreation Council states that its youth program goals are to provide enjoyable activities, offer beneficial instruction, and develop good sportsmanship skills, with activities that target the average skilled athlete and are described as fun and recreational. All programs are planned, promoted, and directed by unpaid volunteers who work together with the stated aim of strengthening the community. The council’s mission includes nurturing, planning, and protecting the leisure needs of present and future Towson residents, based on the belief that leisure time activities enhance quality of life for participants.
