About
IBIM Girls focuses on group mentoring and leadership training for girls. The program encourages participants to B.E.L.I.E.V.E, which stands for become emerging leaders inspiring excellence and values everyday. IBIM Girls also offers health and fitness programs, business and finance and entrepreneurship programs, and activities that discuss the possibilities of a college education, including visits to local colleges and assistance with application submissions.
The mission of IBIM Girls is to become responsible, productive and successful members of our community. The program encourages giving back by providing a monthly community service project. IBIM Girls gives back to its mentees through a scholarship program, including scholarships for qualifying participants who pursue post graduate education. The program campaigns against violence, drug abuse, alcohol abuse and sexual misbehavior among youth.
