Theatreworks Live is a non-profit theatre program for youth. The program uses theatre as a medium for instruction and performances, where participants develop technical, artistic, instructive, and administrative skills. Students are encouraged to use their imaginations and increase their awareness of their surroundings while working with peers.

Theatreworks Live has over three decades of history working with youth in theatre. Its mission states that it is dedicated to cultivating confidence, creativity, and character in youth ages 5–18 and to promoting the well-being of children and youth in the home, school, and community. The program describes providing a creative and supportive environment for young people from diverse backgrounds and fostering understanding and teamwork among peers.
Theatreworks Live, Inc. is led by Executive Directors Cathy Koncurat (President) and Mark Koncurat (Vice President/Treasurer). Cathy Koncurat holds a BA in Music Education, has over 20 years of teaching experience in music and early childhood, and has 8 years of experience as a Theatreworks Live instructor. Mark Koncurat holds a BS in Information Technology, an MBA, and works as an IT Director. The organization has a board that includes Philip Beanblossom, Hope Cassidy-Stewart, Julie Fiol, Mike Fiol, Katie Izzo, Abigail Koncurat, Wayne Perry, Tim Rhudy, Karisa Sikora, Sabrina Thornton, Patti Wade, Greg Watt, Sarah Watt, Beverly Whaley, Josh Weeks, Katie Weeks, and Becci Wendler. Theatreworks Live also maintains an advisory board for future planning and evaluations, and members of this advisory board have been selected for their experience in musical theatre, education, youth leadership, and business administration.
