Glenarden Boys and Girls Club has been developing and mentoring young athletes ages 4 to 16 for over 50 years. Its mission states that it invites families to join its award-winning programs and that it is committed to teaching the fundamentals of organized sports. The club describes itself as the most successful, long standing youth sports club in Prince George's County, Maryland, and notes that its track record is unmatched. The program’s coaches and staff are described as experienced and certified. The leadership team includes Barry Saunders (President), Sean McCoy (Vice President/Football Commissioner), Dino Johnson (Athletic Director), Caprese Howard (Cheer Commissioner), Michael Saunders (Basketball Commissioner), Antwon Johnson (Wrestling Commissioner), Toya Garner (Registrar), and Dani Washington (Fundraiser Coordinator).
