Tidewater Players Youth Educational Programs and Summer Camps offers youth educational programs, children's programs, and instructional intensive summer camps focused on classic and contemporary theatre. Participants take part in theatrical productions presented by Tidewater Players, one of the oldest continually operating community theatres in the area.

Tidewater Players has served the city of Havre de Grace since 1979 and was established in 1979. Since 1984, they have performed exclusively in the second floor theatre of the historic Havre de Grace Opera House building, and they returned as the resident theatre to the newly renamed Cultural Center at the Opera House as of August 2017. Their mission includes providing high quality entertainment at affordable prices, youth educational programs, and highly regarded instructional intensive summer camps for many students who have no other artistic venues, and they value classics, contemporary works, and original works in a well-rounded season.
The organization is led by a Board of Directors that includes President Becky Flickinger, Vice President Tyler Zeisloft, Secretary Madai Chardon/Barb Snyder, Treasurer Mark Briner, and Director of Youth Programs Bobby Mahoney, along with several directors and legacy members, and it was founded by the late Harry Malin. Tidewater Players is a non-profit theatre company whose Board of Directors, staff, directors, and actors are all volunteers who create theatrical productions for Havre de Grace and the surrounding community. They have raised thousands of dollars for local charities, including Movable Feast, The Trevor Project, and The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and a Tidewater parent who was a state delegate acquired state funding to help pay back Tidewater for its longstanding service and value to the Havre de Grace community. The program operates in an ADA-compliant, 201-seat multipurpose facility that includes the refurbished original theatre and a smaller black box space on the ground floor, and it maintains an all-inclusive, safe, and supportive space for all performers, production team members, and volunteers.
