Founded in 2013, Pasadena Soccer Club is a non-profit organization run by passionate volunteers and governed by a dedicated Board of Directors. The club follows a mission of “Inspiring Passion, Building Character, Igniting Potential” and offers a comprehensive program that welcomes players of all ages and abilities, from Rec Minis for young beginners to elite teams in top regional leagues like EDP and CMSA. The mission includes developing skilled players through expert coaching, in-house training, and competitive opportunities, building strong character through values such as teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, and integrity, creating a family atmosphere with a sense of belonging and friendships, and opening doors to the future by equipping players with skills and experience for collegiate opportunities and scholarships. Pasadena Soccer Club is affiliated with the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA). The club offers annual college scholarships funded by the Pasadena Classic Tournament and collaborates with the AA Department of Recreation and Parks to maintain local athletic fields. The program has a multi-sport focus that encourages players to explore other sports alongside soccer and emphasizes developing skilled players, building strong character, creating a family atmosphere, and opening doors to the future.
