Camp Maria Retreat Center offers a wide range of retreat programs and camps that include Healing Touch, Spiritual Direction, Art Retreats, Music Programs and Retreats, Environmental Awareness Programs, a Health and Wellness Program, and the WARM Program. The center also hosts grief retreats, vets programs, recovery support retreats, programs for high-risk kids, Food Faith and Fellowship events, a Lenten Program Series, Camp Crazy Faith, Camp Creation (a Care for Creation environmental awareness camp for youth 7 to 14 years of age), overnight and day group retreats, summer camps, conferences, private and small group retreats, and community programming. Outdoor recreation options include canoeing from a boardwalk and pier with canoe access, swimming in a swimming pool, and playing basketball and volleyball on dedicated courts.

Camp Maria Retreat Center is a ministry of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth and follows a comprehensive ecological sustainability plan. Promoting and embracing eco-spirituality is described as an essential component of the retreat experience at Camp Maria. All buildings, not including the Osprey House, at Camp Maria are wheelchair accessible. The leadership team includes Director Greg Shedd, Associate Director Sister Chris Kunze, SCN, Administrative Assistant Theresa Peoples, Lead Cook and Lead Housekeeper Lisa Dean, Maintenance Manager Al Butler, and additional staff in maintenance, food service, and housekeeping. The Board of Directors includes members such as Barbara Flores, SCN (Provincial, Western Province, Liaison), Chair Michael Harper, Vice Chair Mark Taylor, Secretary Christa Hayes, Director Greg Shedd, and several other board members.
