About
Ann's Art Camp offers children's art classes that include clay work with hand-building techniques and working on the wheel, as well as tie-dye, batik, print making, and basket weaving. During snack breaks, children have time to play with the foster puppies and hang out with the goats. The program also includes Clay Camp for Women!, which focuses on clay.
• Ages: 8–18 years old
• Schedule: Children's classes run six separate weeks, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to noon; Clay Camp for Women! meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings during Spring, Summer, and Fall sessions
Ann's Art Camp is led by Ann Brown and Milo Rickert. Ann Brown is a retired FCPS art teacher. The maximum class size is eight, and anyone can sign up for one or several weeks.
