Kid City offers preschool and school-age care with full-time and part-time preschool options and before and after school programs. The program includes age-appropriate play, small-group instruction, and group activities. Staff members are available to assist school-age students in completing homework before they go home.
• Ages: 3–11 years old
• Schedule: Preschool class options Monday–Friday 9am–3:30pm and select part-time morning schedules, with optional before and/or after care
• Price: $50 Registration Fee for New Enrollees.
Kid City is a licensed childcare center operated by Freedom Church. Its professional and dedicated team nurtures and educates preschool and school-age children according to their individual needs. The program’s philosophy is to provide an environment where children feel safe and are encouraged to explore the world around them and their relationships with others, with the belief that children learn best by doing and thrive emotionally, socially, physically, and cognitively when they are actively engaged with their environment. Kid City offers preschool and before and after school programs for the Rising Sun community, and Rising Sun Elementary School provides transportation to and from the program. The program provides a stable, secure learning environment that creates a solid educational foundation for each student.
