Terrapin Adventures is a member of the Association of Challenge Course Technology and multiple tourism and chamber of commerce organizations in the Baltimore–Washington region, and its adventure challenge courses are built by Inner Quest. The leadership team includes Matt Baker, Chief Adventure Officer, and the staff includes specialty trained Aerial Adventure Guides and Facilitators who provide a safe, thrilling, and memorable experience.

Catered meals ranging from pizza to gourmet lunches can be provided, and transportation can be arranged. Clean modern restrooms are available for participants.

Parent testimonials describe staff as friendly, professional, safety-conscious, patient, and helpful with kids, and mention experiences on the high ropes course, giant swing, and zipline. One parent reports that a guide gave advice on how to navigate obstacles on the high ropes course and was very encouraging, and another notes that their family members faced their fear of heights together. Another parent reports that their group of children all had an incredibly good time and are still talking about the experience.
