• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Programs run over 3 or 4 days with options for Full or Half-Day, Overnight, and Extended Day camps; day camps typically run 9am–3pm or 9am–4pm, with some half day options such as 9am–Noon or 8:30am–Noon, and Extended Day camps run 9am–8pm

Typical Day and Half Day camp days include arrival around 8:45am, warm up and stretching, individual and technical skill training, a snack and water break, small-sided games, lunch with dismissal for Half Day campers, followed by tactical skill training, team-based games and scrimmages, and a coaches’ debrief before Full Day dismissal around 3:00pm.
