Youth Sports is part of the YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston’s youth sports offerings, which take place alongside activities such as aqua class, swimming with family, fitness and wellness, group exercise, and pickleball. Youth participating in YMCA programs also have access to an outdoor playing field, basketball court, pool, archery range, gaga ring, fire pits, and hiking trails at the Outdoor Learning and Education Center (OLEC).

The YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston was incorporated as a charitable organization on February 17, 1868. The YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston is a character-building organization dedicated to strengthening the principles of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility through programs that build a healthy mind, body, and spirit for all. The YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston gives back to the community with over $200,000 in financial assistance each year, with the stated goal that cost is never a barrier to participation. The Director of Sports is Kevin Bean, and the Association Director of Youth Development is Abby Fuller. The leadership team also includes Chief Executive Officer Brian Curtin, Chief Operating Officer Chris Shea, and Chief Risk and HR Officer Mary Murphy, along with additional management and board members.
