Falmouth Martial Arts

Falmouth Martial Arts offers the Little Ninjas Program for age 3 and up, the Beginner Program for age 6 and up, the Advanced Program for age 8 and up, the Leadership Program for age 10 and up, and the XMA Program for age 10 and up. The Beginner Program is a 30-minute class with age-appropriate drills and activities that emphasize life skills and practical self defense training. The Advanced Program is a 45-minute class that includes fitness training, strength, endurance, flexibility, practical self defense, and fun. The XMA Program includes additional training in creative and extreme martial arts, sparring, and martial arts weapons training.

• Beginner Program — Age 6 and up · Mon & Wed 5:30 pm-6:00 pm; Tue & Thu 5:30 pm-6:00 pm · 30-minute classes emphasizing life skills and practical self defense training, based on age-appropriate drills and activities.
• Advanced Program — Age 8 and up · Mon-Thu 6:00 pm-6:45 pm · 45-minute classes that challenge both mind and body; includes fitness training, strength, endurance, flexibility, practical self defense, and fun.
• Leadership Program — Age 10 and up · Mon & Wed 6:45 pm-7:30 pm
• XMA Program — Age 10 and up · Every other Tue & Thu 6:45 pm-7:30 pm · Extension program for Advanced and Leadership students providing additional training in creative and extreme martial arts. Training includes sparring and martial arts weapons training.

About the provider

The studio hours are generally Monday through Thursday from 4:30 pm to 7 pm. The studio has a Training Studio and a separate adjoining Reception and Parent Viewing room. The Training Studio has a padded activity floor, training and workout equipment, and training and practice apparatus. The Reception and Parent Viewing room has ample seating and a large monitor showing a live video feed from the Training Studio, and complimentary coffee, tea, and water is available to parents and guests.

Students may train only during their registered scheduled class time unless they have permission from their instructor. They may attend to watch any of FMA’s classes. Assistant Instructors may attend all FMA classes to assist the Chief Instructor. Class cancellations are disseminated via the FMA Facebook page and through Falmouth Community Programs notification channels. FMA is closed only on New Years Eve & New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
