Falmouth Martial Arts offers Traditional Taekwondo through several structured programs, including a Little Ninjas Program, Beginner Program, Advanced Program, Leadership Program, and XMA Training. Classes take place in a dedicated Training Studio that has a padded activity floor, training and workout equipment, and training and practice apparatus. A separate Reception and Parent Viewing room provides ample seating and a large monitor with a live video feed from the Training Studio for class viewing, along with complimentary coffee, tea, and water for parents and guests.

• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Studio hours are generally Monday through Thursday from 4:30pm to 7pm.

The Little Ninja classes are offered for ages 3 and up, Beginner classes for ages 6 and up, Advanced classes for ages 8 and up, Leadership classes for ages 10 and up, and XMA classes for ages 10 and up. Leadership students who are designated Assistant Instructors may attend all Falmouth Martial Arts classes to assist the Chief Instructor. Falmouth Martial Arts programs for kids teach Traditional Taekwondo and state that this training enhances character development skills such as respect, integrity, courtesy, self-confidence, self-esteem, and friendship through the FMA training process. Falmouth Martial Arts is offered to the Greater Falmouth community through Falmouth Community Programs, and all FMA Falmouth classes are held at the Mason-Motz Activity Center. The program notes that it is closed on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, and that special events and tournaments may be held outside normal hours with details posted per event. Cancellation notices are shared via the Falmouth Martial Arts Facebook page and through Falmouth Community Programs notification channels.
