About
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a no-cost, 12-week program for cancer survivors and their families. Participants meet twice a week for 90 minutes, with sessions on Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-7:00pm or Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30am-12:00pm. Participants receive a free family membership to the Sanford-Springvale YMCA during the program.
