Ann Arbor Parks & Recreation Summer Day Camps include activities where campers explore nature, engage in exciting themed activities, and take part in games and crafts. Campers cool off in the pool daily with exciting water activities including swimming, and they can splash, play, and have fun in the water. Some sessions feature log rolling, river rafting, bounce houses, and three days of swim instruction.
• Ages: 5–12 years old
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Price: $210 resident per week; $255 nonresident per week for Buhr Pool Day Camp and Fuller Park Pool Day Camp
Campers are grouped by age at the start of each week, and age-grouped campers stay with the same counselors all week. Buhr Park Day Camp offers themed weeks such as Lost in Space Week, Mystery Week, Nature Week, and Pirates and Mermaids Week. Fuller Park Pool Day Camp offers themed weeks such as Nature, Superhero, Build It (with no camp July 4), Color, Let’s Fly Away, Ocean, Outer space, Pirates, Color Week Take 2, and Teams. Fuller Park Pool Day Camp includes three days of swim instruction. The program follows a refund schedule with varying percentages based on days prior to the start and includes a $10 administration fee.
