Spark! Camps offers Monday-Friday camps from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Campers are grouped by grade level into three age groups: Incoming Kindergarten–1st Grade, Incoming 2nd–3rd Grade, and Incoming 4th–5th Grade. Camps are sold out for 2026, and registration is sold out.

About the provider
Spark! Camps started in 1996. The Michigan Science Center’s mission is to appreciate science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) in a creative, dynamic learning environment, and the Michigan Science Center has been designated a Smithsonian Affiliate.
2026 camps are sold out. Registration is sold out. Campers are grouped by grade level. Children under 5 years old should not register for camp. Campers may be checked in or out any time except between 12:30-1:30 pm each day while the group is at recess. Before and After Care are available for an additional fee of $25 per camper, per week, per time period. Full refund if canceled 15 days or more in advance; no refund with 1-14 days' notice. Camp registration closes the week prior to the start of the camp.
