The Fowler Center for Outdoor Learning offers Summer Overnight Camp, Summer Day Camp, Travel Adventures, Equestrian Programs, Weekend Respite Camps, Community Events, and Group Events. The program offers year-round programming for children, teens, and adults, and is a year-round camp serving children and adults with disabilities. It offers accessible activities and programming to meet the needs of the children and adults it serves, and its equine and small animal programs are part of the camp experience.

The Fowler Center for Outdoor Learning is a program of MCHS Family of Services. Its mission is to empower independence and personal growth through barrier-free outdoor learning and fun. The program is licensed by the State of Michigan and accredited by the American Camp Association. The leadership team includes Director Tracy Marnon; Camp Director Lynn Seeloff, CTRS; Development Officer Jeff Raymaker; Program Supervisor Nicole Lingnau; Office Manager Kim Phillips; Equestrian Programs Supervisor Ciara Sloan; and Facilities Supervisor Brent Dawson. Summer and respite staff employment, camp programs, recreation therapy internships, and volunteering are coordinated through Camp Director Lynn Seeloff, CTRS. Each year, individuals and groups contribute time and talents to The Fowler Center for Outdoor Learning.
