Middleville AYSO offers youth soccer that includes team play, skill development, basic skills with small-sided games, and competitive play with advanced training. The program includes youth development and competitive leagues and a pathway to the highest levels of play. Middleville AYSO uses the PlayMetrics app for team communication.

Middleville AYSO runs the Fall 2026/2027 Middleville AYSO season as Region 277 and includes the AYSO Core program for ages 5–19, the AYSO Epic program for all ages, the AYSO Kickstart program for ages 3–6, the AYSO Extra program for ages 10–19, and the AYSO Alliance program for ages 10–19. AYSO’s new Kickstart program for players ages 3–6 replaces Playground and Schoolyard, is built around movement, imagination, exploration, and play, and includes a Kickstart 6U option that uses a jamboree-style format. Every AYSO Region is powered by volunteers, and AYSO provides training and support for volunteers with no experience, with the Middleville AYSO Board operated entirely by volunteers.
The Middleville AYSO leadership team includes Mike Cramer as Regional Commissioner, Sara Syswerda as Treasurer, Gina Klinkner as Child & Volunteer Protection Advocate, Sean Crowell as Safety Director & Fields Director and Fields Manager, Alisa Otto as Coach Administrator, Theresa Holzhausen as Region Scheduler, Tiffiny Ogle as Referee Administrator, and Maggie Isenhoff as Registrar. The mission of Middleville AYSO is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs. AYSO Regions partner with local businesses and community organizations for sponsorship opportunities that may include field signage, event support, scholarship assistance, equipment donations, and other community partnerships.
