Midwest Tae Kwon Do offers Tae Kwon Do training along with self defense and personal safety training. Classes take place in a dedicated Tae Kwon Do gym and school that follows a regular cleaning schedule and has a comprehensive emergency response plan.

Midwest Tae Kwon Do has been serving the Plymouth community since 2006 and has been in operation for almost 20 years. The program is a no contract school, and new students can start with a discounted introductory month, during which staff arrange fitting for a uniform and belt.
All instructors at Midwest Tae Kwon Do are Kukkiwon certified black belts. They are certified in CPR and defibrillator use, are certified in the Michigan Sport Concussion Education Program, and receive Not In My Sport training. The owner, Master Tanya Panizzo, is a 6th degree black belt and also operates Fighting Spirit Personal Safety, which provides self-defense and personal safety training for children and adults.
The leadership team includes Master Tanya Panizzo (Owner), Master Tim Morelli (Head Instructor), Master Jennifer Wolf (Head Instructor), Master Travis Donley (Head Instructor), Master Lisa Sebok (Assistant Instructor), Mr. Chad Edgar (Assistant Instructor), Mr. Vic Decina (Head Instructor), Master Paul Rocha (Assistant Instructor), Mrs. Suzanne Stegeman (Assistant Instructor), Mr. Garrett Barr (Assistant Instructor), and Mr. Ryan Steele (Assistant Instructor).
Midwest Tae Kwon Do offers free family friendly events such as a Fall Fest demo, Trunk or Treat, a Holiday Party, and an Open Black Belt Test and Potluck.
