Mash Gym Kids Martial Arts Programs include Kids MMA, Kids Boxing, and a BJJ Kids Class as part of a broader lineup that also features Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Boot Camps, Bag Classes, fitness sessions, personal training, high intensity personal training, BJJ Workouts, and BJJ Yoga. Boxing classes for young kids focus on physical fitness, coordination, and teamwork, and all sessions are supervised by friendly and experienced instructors who are trained to work with kids. Classes are described as both enjoyable and enriching, with a nurturing atmosphere that allows every child to learn at their own pace, and Mash Gym is described as a welcoming environment that is great for martial arts competitors, fitness fanatics, and the entire family.

The main goal of the instructors and trainers, whether in a kids BJJ class or in high intensity personal training, is to make sure all classes are run in a safe and structured manner. Mash Gym offers kids’ and adult MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing and Muay Thai, along with Boot Camps and Bag Classes, and has personal trainers for every discipline. Todd Allee, a Caique Jiu Jitsu Blackbelt, personal trainer, strength coach, and co-owner and operator of Mash Gym, has been training since January 2002 and began his professional MMA career in 2006, and Mash Gym’s BJJ lineage stems from the teaching of Grand Master Helio Gracie through Master Carlos Henrique “Caique” Elias. The dream and concept of Mash Gym began in 2006, with the gym doors opening on April 15th, 2008, and the facility is described as the largest and most modern martial arts and fitness facility in the state of Michigan with well over a decade of experience. Mash Gym is an official ADOPT-A-COP BJJ Affiliate gym and is very proud of this community involvement, and it is described as more than just a place to train, but also a community where families connect and kids thrive.
