Sterling Gymnastics Academy

Sterling Gymnastics Academy offers Mini Stars, Tiny Stars, Bright Stars, Shining Stars, Strong Stars, Rising Stars, Tiny Tumblers, Girls Instructional, Boys Instructional, Tumble Class, Samurais, and Toddler Time. Classes include station-based activities, obstacle courses, basic gymnastics skills, Floor, Beam, Bars, Vault, and floor tumbling, with some classes focused on boys’ events or on parent-child bonding time.

Programs

• Mini Stars — 1 yr - 2 yrs · Days available: MTWTFSS · $115 per month · 30 min. During each class a coach will guide parents in assisting their child through station based activities along with an obstacle course.
• Tiny Stars — 2-3 Year · Days available: MTWTFSS · $115 per month · 40 min. During each class a coach will guide parents in assisting their child through obstacle courses.
• Bright Stars — 3-4 Year · Days available: MTWTFSS · $130 per month · 45 min. This is a 45-minute obstacle based class designed to learn basic skills.
• Shining Stars — 4-5 Year · Days available: MTWTFSS · 50 min. This is a 50-minute class designed to help your child advance their basic skills on all events: Floor, Beam, Bars, and Vault.
• Strong Stars — 5-6 Year · Days available: MTWTFSS · 50 min. This is a 50-minute class designed to help your child transfer over to our recreational program.
• Rising Stars — 5-6 Year · Days available: MTWTFSS · 55 min. This is a 55-minute class designed to help your child transfer over to our recreational program.
• Tiny Tumblers — 5-6 Year · Days available: MTWTFSS · 45 min. This class is designed to teach anything and everything a gymnasts wants to learn on floor.
• Girls Instructional — 7+ Years · Days available: MTWTFSS · 75 min. This class designed to help your child progress through the first 4 levels of gymnastics.
• Boys Instructional — 7+ Year Olds · Days available: MTWTFSS · 75 min. This class designed just for boys to advance their skills on all the boy’s events: Floor, Bars, Vault.
• Tumble Class — 7+ · Days available: MTWTFSS · 60 min. This class designed to teach anything and everything gymnasts want to learn on floor.
• Samurais — 7+ · Days available: MTWTFSS · 45 min. Samurais is a fun and energetic class for boys and girls!
• Toddler Time — ALL AGES · Days available: MTWTFSS · 60 min. Toddler Time is a great opportunity for your child to let out all their energy, as well as a time for you to bond with them.
