Cloquet Youth Soccer Association offers fall recreational soccer, Little NetBusters, and both recreational and competitive soccer programs. Fall Recreational Soccer includes organized practices and games, and Little NetBusters is a preschool soccer program. The association runs development-focused league play with balanced teams and local competition.
• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Fall Recreational Soccer for ages 5–13 runs August–September, with registration April 1–15 and late registration through June 30; Little NetBusters for ages 3–4 is a five-week summer program (July–August)
Fall Recreational Soccer includes practices for all age groups at least once per week, scheduled by each team’s coach, with some Sunday games based on field and officiating availability. Game nights are set by age group: U6 plays Monday and Wednesday, U8 plays Tuesday and Thursday, U10 plays Monday and Wednesday, U12 plays Tuesday and Thursday, and U14 plays Monday and Wednesday. Game locations for U6 and U8 include Cloquet (home) and Esko, and game locations for U10–U14 include Cloquet (home), Esko, Duluth, Superior, and Hermantown communities.

The organization is volunteer-run and serves Cloquet, Wrenshall, Carlton, and surrounding Carlton County communities. CYSA participates in the Arrowhead Youth Soccer Association league and follows Minnesota Youth Soccer Association guidelines. CYSA is led by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of local parents and community members, including President Jamie Rostollan, Vice President Katie Douglas, Secretary Bobbie Turner, Treasurer Brian Roy (interim), Technology lead Ben Boyum, Competitive Coordinator Jamie Rostollan, Recreational Coordinators Katie Douglas and Rachel Hanson, Fields Coordinators Bobbie Turner and Dustin Randall, Coaching Development lead Dustin Randall, Equipment Manager Bobbie Turner, and Little Net Busters leads Leigh Rahkola and Bobbee Conway. CYSA runs on volunteers, and no prior soccer experience is required for volunteers, only a willingness to support kids and help make the season successful. New for 2026, CYSA will be using Play Metrics for communication and schedules.
