Cook Youth Baseball offers baseball and softball for children. The program includes different playing levels for kids based on age, including tee ball, coach pitch, minors, and majors.

• Ages: 5–13 years old
• Price: March 1–March 15 - $75 Early Bird Fee (save $25); March 16–March 31 - $100 Fee; registration closes on March 31; no individual family is required to pay more than $150.00 (subject to change); fees are non-refundable after t-shirts and hats are ordered and do not guarantee play time; fees must be paid with registration

Age levels in Cook Youth Baseball are organized as follows: Tee Ball for ages 5, 6, and 7; Pony/Coach Pitch for ages 8 and 9; Minors for ages 10 and 11; and Majors for ages 12 and 13, based on age as of August 31, 2025. For 2025, registration is now open. The leadership team includes President Mallory Manick, Vice President Kori Klark, Secretary/Treasurer Jennifer Herdman, Head Coach Ryan Manick, Assistant Coach Jerrett Crain, and Assistant Coach Dan Manick. The program’s mission states that it focuses on encouraging participation, developing character and discipline, promoting teamwork, and advocating citizenship and community pride, while providing instruction in baseball and softball skills, sportsmanship, competitiveness, and fair play, and is committed to enriching the lives of youth and fostering a love of the game. Cook Youth Baseball also states that it provides a healthy environment for the youth of its communities and advocates citizenship and community pride. The program notes that Cook Minors Blue won the Nanti League Championship in Embarrass on July 18, 2024. A quoted testimonial included in the program information is: “Baseball was, is and always will be to me the best game in the world.” – Babe Ruth.
