Ellsworth Community Youth Rec Association offers Youth Basketball Camps, the Junior Panthers Basketball League, Non-Competitive Travel Basketball, Competitive Travel Basketball, High School & Middle School Basketball, Youth Wrestling, Basketball- In House, Traveling Basketball, Baseball - In House, Traveling Baseball, Softball- In House, and Traveling Softball. The basketball offerings include a non-competitive league to learn the fundamentals of basketball, a new non-competitive travel option for 3rd and 4th grade boys and girls, and a competitive travel program for 4th through 8th grade boys and girls.

- Non-Competitive Travel Basketball — 3rd & 4th grade boys and girls · NEW to Ellsworth; learn the game of basketball and play in a game setting.
- Competitive Travel Basketball — 4th - 8th grade boys and girls · Feeder program into the High School program with competitive competition.
- High School & Middle School Basketball — 7th grade to 12th grade · School basketball run and set up by the Ellsworth School District; practices are immediately after school and bus transportation is provided to and from the games.
