Camp Fire Minnesota offers activities that include a North Shore Adventure Trip with whitewater rafting and high ropes, as well as a canoeing trip. The program also offers a virtual tour and a Get Ready for Camp video series for families to learn more in advance.

Camp Fire Minnesota has been energizing youth since 1924. Its mission statement is: “Youth need nature — and every kid deserves the chance to explore it.” The organization offers School Break Camps, Northwoods Adventure Trips, Leadership Development, PreK–12 Environmental Education, Afterschool Explorers, Nature Preschool, teambuilding, and Volunteer Day, along with My Nature Connection free nature lessons for families and classrooms. It also hosts events at scenic locations in Excelsior, MN and Grand Rapids, MN.
Camp Fire Minnesota states that all youth are welcome and describes itself as a diverse community committed to creating a welcoming experience where each camper can bring their full selves to camp. It reports that half of the young people who attend do so with financial assistance.
