Fergus Falls Area Youth Football Association includes football practices, football games, football-related tests, fun courses, and the TOMORROW'S Otters Football camp. The program also holds an annual Combine where players participate in football-related tests and fun courses and run all drills in full gear.
• Ages: 8–12 years old
• Schedule: Equipment handout on August 1 and August 8; practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting August 11; Combine events in early August; games every Saturday starting September 5
• Price: Free registration for the children of coaches.
The equipment handout is scheduled for 3rd and 6th grades on August 1 from 10:00 am–11:30 am, 4th and 5th grades on August 1 from 11:30 am–1:00 pm, with a backup day on August 8 from 10:30 am–11:30 am, and no private pickup is allowed. Practices take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 pm–7:00 pm, with 3rd grade practicing from 5:30 pm–6:30 pm, starting with the first practice on August 11 and then every Tuesday and Thursday. The Combine for 4th and 5th grades starts on August 4 from 5:30 pm–6:00 pm, and the Combine for 3rd and 6th grades starts on August 6 from 5:30 pm–6:00 pm. Games are held every Saturday starting September 5, with 4th and 5th grade games beginning at 9:00 am and 3rd and 6th grade game times set by coaches.
Registration is open for the 2026 football season, and coaches are needed for FFAYFA 2026. Free registration is available for the children of coaches. Prior experience is not required for coaches, and Roger will be in contact with the registration code for coaches who fill out the form. The program is always looking for coaches, crew, and sideline volunteers, as well as people interested in volunteer opportunities, fundraising, sponsorship, and other ways to help. The program states that there are many ways to support its mission.
