Baseball Prospect Camp is a one-day session covering hitting, fielding by position (outfield, infield, catching), and pitching, with evaluation by the coaching staff using metrics such as exit velocity, throwing velocity, and catcher pop time. Individual and group lessons can focus on specific elements chosen by the participant or on general skills and are scheduled with current UMN Morris players and coaches.

The Men's Soccer ID Camp includes two field sessions, a campus tour, a Q&A with Minnesota Morris coaches and players, and lunch at the Dining Hall, with players coached by the Cougar Men's Soccer coaching staff. Softball Prospect Camp includes evaluation by the coaching staff and uses metrics such as exit velocity and spin rate of pitches, hitting velocity and bat speed, throwing velocity, catcher pop time, broad jump, and 40-yard dash. Softball Pitching Sessions cover fastball and change-up mechanics and tips for correction, and more advanced pitchers may work on rise, drop, and screwball pitches if basic pitches are mastered. Softball Hitting sessions use a circuit of stations that cover hitting and bunting mechanics along with tips and corrections.

The Cougar Challenge Tournament in volleyball uses four-team pools, pool play of two sets to 25 with no cap, and playoffs for all teams with matches best two out of three to 25 with no cap and a third set to 15 with no cap if needed, and tournament champions receive T-shirts.
