Princeton Tigers Youth Football Programs offers Youth Flag Football, Future Friday Nighters tackle football camp, 2-3rd Grade Tackle Football, 4-6th Grade Tackle Football, 7/8th Grade Tackle Football, Tiger Football Speed & Strength, a Quarterback Development Program, Youth Football Camps, tackle leagues, and youth tackle football camps. The programs also include flag football, a QB development program, and speed and strength training.

Youth Flag Football is run by PHS staff for grades 1–4, and a separate Youth Flag Football program through Community Ed is offered from ages 2 through 8th grade. In Princeton, tackle football is open for grades 2 and up, including Future Friday Nighters tackle football camp for 4th–8th graders. Tiger Football Speed & Strength is recommended for those entering 9–12th grades, and the Quarterback Development Program is for grades 7–12. The program is led by Head Coach Ryan Fay. Princeton Tigers Football reports that the Princeton Tigers went undefeated in the 2024 regular season.
