YMCA Youth Basketball includes basketball activities and a 3-on-3 basketball league. The program offers YMCA in-house basketball partnered with the St. Cloud Area Youth Basketball Association (SCAYBA). The 3-on-3 league uses a format where kids sign up individually and teams are created on game day, and each game consists of two 10-minute halves.

• Schedule: YMCA in-house basketball partnered with SCAYBA next session runs Aug 06 – Sep 05, and the 3-on-3 league season is 4 straight Saturdays with 2 games each Saturday
• Price: Member: $40; Non-Member: $75
YMCA Youth Basketball is part of a partnership between the St. Cloud Area Family YMCA and the St. Cloud Area Youth Basketball Association (SCAYBA) to bring youth basketball to kids age 3 to Grade 6. The program uses a developmentally appropriate progression of programs and focuses on basketball fundamentals and core skills such as dribbling, shooting, and rebounding. Players in this program have the opportunity to interact with area high school teams during practice.
The St. Cloud Area Family YMCA was established in 1969 and has a history as a contributor in the community for family health and fitness. Its mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. The St. Cloud Area Family YMCA works in partnership with over 60 community organizations and non-profits to expand program offerings.
The organization’s leadership includes President Joe Bergstrom and Vice President Matt Gaffy, along with board members Dr. Jill Amsberry, Bethany Cross, Cathy Juilfs, Matthew Kunkel, David Masters, Aaron Meester, Kathy Parsons, Kayla Schoenberg, and Tracy Schulte.
