Twin Cities Youth Soccer Club (TCYSC) offers soccer training and soccer coaching for children, along with weekly matches or training. The program also includes life skills and youth empowerment activities as part of its work with young players.
• Ages: 3–15 years old
TCYSC’s mission is to provide a professional, safe and positive soccer environment for kids, and to train and challenge young soccer players with advanced technical and tactical skills through active coaching in a safe and nutritious environment that leads to balanced success and enjoyment of soccer. The program trains children to play soccer and have fun while playing, provides life skills to be responsible and good citizens, and empowers youth to aspire for greater goals and achievements in life. Trainers are professionals with licenses and certificates, and the coaches and Youth Soccer instructors are qualified to coach kids ages 3–15 years old. Coaches enjoy working with kids of all backgrounds to harness their talent in soccer. TCYSC aims to be recognized as the best soccer club in Minnesota, implements “best standard” policies in all areas of club development and personality, and wants to build the whole player, not just a soccer club. TCYSC is described as not only a club but a friend of the neighborhood and encourages the community to be involved and participate in its weekly matches or training.
