Blue Springs Day Camp includes activities that focus on healthy risk-taking and leadership challenges. These activities are used to help each person grow as an individual while aiming to build confidence and self-respect. Friendships at camp are based on honesty and a deep sense of caring, and the camp strives to provide individual attention and unique experiences that day campers will remember for the rest of their lives.
• Schedule: 2025–2026 School Out Days and Winter Break Camp on select dates during the school year and winter break
At Blue Springs Day Camp the mission is to help each camper discover new skills while building a community that values each child. Blue Springs Parks & Recreation offers camp programs on days that the Blue Springs School District is out of school for breaks and professional development days. Camp core values are Honesty, Respect, Kindness, Community, Personal Growth, Quality Relationships, and Fun. The 2025–2026 School Out Days are scheduled for 2025 dates of September 29, October 23–24, and November 4, and 2026 dates of January 19, February 16, April 3, and April 6–7. The 2025–2026 Winter Break Camp runs on December 22–23, 26, and December 29 through January 2.
