HI-NRG Gymnastics offers Toddler & Parent Gymnastics, Preschool Gymnastics, Girls Gymnastics, Boys Programs, Tumbling, Trampoline Gymnastics, Private Lessons Academy, Aerial Silks, Competitive Gymnastics, Competitive Trampoline & Tumbling, Sports performance, and Parkour. The program serves athletes ages 18 months to 18 years old, and classes run year round. The Toddler & Parent class includes gymnastics and gross motor activities, and the Preschool class includes gymnastics basics.
