Annie’s Hope – Programs & Services for Grieving Children, Teens and Families offers 8-Week Family Support Groups, School Support Groups, Summer Camps, Teen Retreats, Horizons - Anticipatory Grief Support, Social Events, Hope & Healing Gathering, Speakers Institute, Grief Referral Service, and a Community Resource Library. The 8-Week Family Support Groups meet on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with pizza or sandwiches provided from 6:00 p.m. to 6:25 p.m. School Support Groups are activity-centered and run during or immediately after school for six sessions per set.

- 8-Week Family Support Groups — Children ages 3-12; teens ages 13-18; adults · Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday evenings; 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. · $0 · No fee to attend. Pizza or sandwiches are provided from 6:00 p.m. to 6:25 p.m. Children and teens are divided into age-level groups, while adults meet in their own groups.
- School Support Groups — During or immediately after school; 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours per session; six sessions per set · Designed for students grieving the death of someone significant. Activity-centered, not talk-centered. No fee for students.

About the provider
The leadership team includes Katie Anderson, Family Support Group Coordinator. The mission states that grief is a universal, normal, natural response to loss, that support and education can help families through the grief process, and that grief is a life-long process.
No fee to attend, though donations are requested and no family is turned away for inability to donate. School groups require a parent or guardian permission slip. No limitations regarding length of time since death, cause of death, relationship to deceased, or number of death experiences.
