Gracie Barra Washington Jiu-Jitsu Programs offers Little Champs Classes for ages 4 to 6, Junior Classes for ages 7 to 12, and a Teens Program for ages 13 to 17. The offerings also include Children’s Classes, Kids' & Teenagers' Classes, Women’s & Men’s Classes, and All Programs.

• Little Champs Classes — 4-6 · Washington MO kid’s martial arts classes; engaging, welcoming, safe; introduce children to Jiu-Jitsu; classes focus on confidence, respect, and happiness.
• Junior Classes — 7-12 · Kids and teens Jiu-Jitsu classes at the Washington location; designed to improve health, strength, attention, confidence, maturity, and discipline.

About the provider

The school was founded in October 2018. Coach Jesse has been with the school since the first day of classes in 2018 and has been a certified instructor with Gracie Barra since 2021. The mission statement says the programs and classes teach power, focus, balance, integrity, respect, and confidence to all regardless of age or experience. Coach Jesse ranked 3rd in the nation for sport karate Kumite in 2011 in Sydney, Australia, and has earned multiple gold and silver medals in BJJ competitions throughout Missouri.

The school says competitions are never mandatory and are always a choice for children. It also says the school does not charge for belts or tests. For the first class, students should arrive at least 15 minutes before class, and parents are encouraged to stay and watch the entire practice.
