With a mission that reaches back to the 1950s, Camp Crestridge for Girls has been investing in the next generation of women. The camp is a summer, overnight, single-gender girls' program and is a Christian camp founded on the teachings of Jesus Christ. It includes Summer Camp, Mother Daughter Camp, and Family Camp, with private cabin lodging available for Family Camp. The program emphasizes cultivating relationships, individual attention, and one-on-one relationships, and includes spiritual elements such as Discipleship, Campfires, Chapel, Worship, Quiet Times, and Devotions. Staff are described as Christian role models who love Jesus, and the camp notes that safety is a top priority. The full-time Camp Director Team has well over 100 years of leadership in the camping industry. The leadership team includes Phil Berry, Executive Director of Ridgecrest Summer Camps; Sharon Silva, Director of Camp Crestridge for Girls; Katie Smith, Assistant Director of Camp Crestridge for Girls; Ron Springs, Director Emeritus of Ridgecrest Summer Camps; Karah Brown, Office Manager of Ridgecrest Summer Camps; and Paige Evans, Parent Communications and Store Manager.

She is a much more independent young lady now that she had chores and responsibility at camp." Candice said, "She told me that she felt closer to God there than she has ever felt. And, she said that she felt His presence always!"
