Carolina Flipz offers recreational gymnastics classes, competitive gymnastics through USAG and AAU, recreational cheerleading and tumbling classes, recreational Ninja Warrior workouts, competitive parkour training through USPK, birthday parties and social events, and camps and clinics. It also offers Lil Flipperz, a morning class program for ages 6 months to 5 years, which is age-suggested but ability-based and taught by certified gymnastics preschool coaches. Adult Flipz and First Friday Flipz are adult programs offered every first and third Friday of the month, and First Friday Flipz is an open gym for adults.
