Southeastern Gymnastics

Southeastern Gymnastics offers a range of classes including Recreational Gymnastics, Preschool/Kindergarten Classes, and specific options such as Tykes, Cubs, and Tigers classes. The program also includes school-age gymnastics classes like Rec Level 1, Rec Level 2, Advanced Gym, Boy’s Gymnastics Classes, and a Competitive Team. Families can also choose Tumbling, Cheer Tumbling, Summer Camps, and Summer Sessions.

Southeastern Gymnastics has a long history of providing a rewarding experience for both recreational and competitive level gymnasts, starting with pre-school recreational students and extending to highly competitive team members. The gym’s walls display team performance and the achievements of many individuals who have earned full scholarships at numerous colleges and universities. The program offers a robust class schedule along with Summer Sessions and Camps, including the 2025 Southeastern Gymnastics Summer Camps, which are described as 10 great weeks of fun. The Southeastern Gymnastics Team is described as a leader in performance and as the home of past, present, and future champions. The coaching staff is described as highly experienced and accomplished. One staff member, Lindsey Hollifield, who is a part-time substitute for Southeastern Gymnastics, states that one of her main goals as a high level gymnast is to inspire the younger generation.
