About
Wahpeton Parks & Recreation Youth Baseball Programs include T-Ball, Pee Wees, Baseball Skills & Drills, the Twin Town Baseball League, and Cal Ripken Baseball. Cal Ripken Baseball is a division of the Babe Ruth League, which states that keeping baseball fun, especially in the early stages of youth baseball, is a primary concern of its Cal Ripken Division. Teams in these programs have 11–15 athletes per team, and this is a competitive league where game time is not guaranteed to be equal to all players.

The facilities are described as creating a safe and fun environment for budding athletes.
