EnviroVentures Camp and Youth Programs at Piedmont Park Conservancy

EnviroVentures Camp and Youth Programs at Piedmont Park Conservancy are part of the Conservancy’s focus on EnviroVentures Camp, tours, facility rentals, Green Market, and field trips. The programs operate within the broader set of offerings that also include the Active Oval, dog parks, and pool as major concentration areas for the Conservancy.

Since 1989, the Piedmont Park Conservancy has invested over $110 million in capital improvements for Piedmont Park. The Conservancy is a member and donor-funded nonprofit organization that works in partnership with the City of Atlanta. Piedmont Park is managed and maintained through a collaboration between the 501(c)3 nonprofit Piedmont Park Conservancy and the City of Atlanta. The Conservancy contributes to the park’s beautification through detail-focused landscaping, volunteer projects, and capital improvements, and it identifies EnviroVentures Camp as one of its major concentration areas. The leadership team includes Doug Widener (President & CEO), Louise Harris (Senior Director of Visitor Experience), Maya Kowalski (Manager of School and Camp Programs), Kaycee Walker (Public Programs Manager), Matthew Bagshaw (Outdoor Programs Manager), and Russell Honderd (Manager of Visitor Engagement).
