About
Mighty Mites is a beginner level soccer class where kids play soccer in sessions run by Coerver® Trainers. The program is brought in partnership with Coerver® Coaching, “The World’s Number 1 Soccer Skills Teaching Method,” and all players receive a CFC Mighty Mites t-shirt. Parents are encouraged to participate alongside their kids during the sessions.
• Ages: 3–5 years old
• Schedule: 6 weeks of Mighty Mites sessions run by Coerver® Trainers, with 45-minute sessions starting at 9am, 10am, and 11am on Wednesdays
• Price: Program fee is $75 (includes Mighty Mites t-shirt!).
The program is led by Coerver® Staff as a beginner level class. Mighty Mites is part of Capital FC, which was originally founded as Salem United Soccer Club in June 1993. Coerver® now comes alongside the CFC programs, especially at the younger ages, with a focus on strong individual technical development. Players receive a colored Mighty Mites t-shirt for their 2025 fall season, and cleats are recommended because Mighty Mites will be taking place outside on grass fields, with no specific required training gear. The program is directed by Program Director Avi Hernandez. Capital FC’s mission is to develop excellent soccer players and responsible citizens, using soccer as a vehicle for enriching kids’ lives.
