Gymnastics & Ninja Programs include activities such as tumbling, floor work, vault, balance beam, uneven bars, and obstacle courses. The program offers parent/child classes, Ninja Gymnastics using warrior obstacles, Middle School/Teen Gymnastics, High School Gymnastics Practice, and Adaptive Gymnastics for those with different abilities and needs. Classes also include gross motor skills, body awareness, locomotive skills, balancing skills, singing, circle time, use of a tumble track, and use of a pit.

Since its inception in 1852, The Granite YMCA has grown from one facility in Downtown Manchester to locations across the state of New Hampshire. Through members and program participants, The Granite YMCA reaches more than 35,000 people annually and provides membership and program scholarships through financial assistance to 12,937 people across New Hampshire. Charity Navigator has awarded The Granite YMCA a 4-star rating for strong financial health and commitment to accountability and transparency. The gymnastics program is the home of a nationally ranked competitive gymnastics team, offers rolling program registration with no need to wait for new sessions every two months, and notes that open gymnastics hours are free for members and competitive team participants. The gymnastics competitive season runs from September to June, with competitions on weekends from mid-October to May.
