For over 31 years, Seacoast Science Center has stated that it has put the safety of its program participants first and believes that the safety of its visitors, program participants, staff, and volunteers is paramount. The camp maintains a low camper-to-counselor ratio tailored for each age group, and camp counselors are described as knowledgeable and skilled educators who ignite children’s enthusiasm for science through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Seacoast Science Center provides a trusted source of child daycare for parents and an educational outlet for children in the community, and its mission is to spark curiosity, enhance understanding, and inspire the conservation of the Blue Planet. Seacoast Science Center is providing educational experiences at Odiorne Point State Park on behalf of New Hampshire State Parks, and Seaside Safari Camp uses the natural classroom in historic Odiorne Point State Park for nature-based learning.

Medical health forms, camper guidelines, and other required forms are managed through each family’s CampBrain account, and printed health forms may be downloaded and submitted. One camp parent reports that their children enjoy Seacoast Science Center Camp and that they value it as a safe and enjoyable child care option their kids look forward to. Another camp parent notes that the camps are well organized and fun, with full communication with parents, engaging and positive counselors, and a range of opportunities for older kids. Additional testimonials describe the beauty and history of the Center and its grounds, the impact of its exhibits and community work, and the usefulness of its resources for teachers.
