About
The Young Musicians Program offers a variety of activities including performing arts, creative writing, music theory, composition, literature, computer music, chorus, music history, analysis, computer musicianship, jazz, dances, swim trips, mountain hikes, and open mic nights. The program takes place on the beautiful campus of the Dublin School in New Hampshire, which is situated on 365 wooded acres and features 10 buildings and 20 pianos, including two concert grands.

Founded in 1972, the Young Musicians Program is part of The Walden School, which aims to inspire artistic expression and personal growth through experiential music programs. The program has received several accolades, including the Chamber Music America/ASCAP Adventurous Programming Award in 2012 and 2014, and the 2011 New Music Educator Award from the American Music Center.
