LBI Surfing Camps & Lessons offers private and semi-private surf lessons, a Junior Surf Camp, paddle boarding lessons, kayaking, bicycle rentals, surfboard rentals, and beach gear rentals. The Junior Surf Camp runs for 4 days, and surfboards and wetsuits are included with private surf lessons. After lessons, participants have the option to rent equipment at the beach.

LBI Surfing was established in 1996. The fully certified co-ed team of instructors includes full-time school teachers and is hand-picked and trained by founder Jeff Santoloci, who has a Master’s Degree in Teaching and is a lifelong LBI resident. LBI Surfing has been voted “Best of the Shore” by South Jersey Magazine and operates as a full-service water sports and bicycle retail and rental shop with delivery to the front door.
According to the program’s mission statement, LBI Surfing offers camps and lessons for young kids as well as adults so the entire family can learn together in a safe and fun environment.
