Garden State Trampoline Academy

Garden State Trampoline Academy offers recreational gymnastics with tumbling and trampoline classes for boys and girls ages 3 to 17. It also offers the Home Team, GSTA Travel Pre-Team 1 level 1-4, GSTA Travel Pre-Team 2 level 1-4, and Travel Team Level 5 through Elite.

• Recreational Gymnastics: Tumbling & Trampoline Classes — Boys and girls ages 3 to 17; class descriptions also note walking age to 17 years · Weekly 55-minute class; some classes once or twice per week · $60 · Beginner to advanced recreational gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline; session-based 7–12-week sessions; no refunds; two make-ups per session; credits with a doctor’s note.
• Home Team — Boys and girls ages 5 and up · 2/3 times per week, 4/8 hours per week (mandatory) · $60 · Team program for athletes advancing quickly in the recreational program; year-round options noted; two competitions are hosted by GSTA; no make-ups; no refunds; credit with a doctor’s note.
• GSTA Travel Pre-Team 1 level 1-4 — Boys and girls ages 4–7 years old · Year-round mandatory (Fall-Spring and Summer) · $60 · First step into competitive gymnastics; levels 1–4 across all three events; no make-ups; no refunds; credit with a doctor’s note.
• GSTA Travel Pre-Team 2 level 1-4 — Boys and girls ages 8–10 years old · 6–10 hours per week · $60
• Travel Team Level 5 through Elite — Boys and girls ages 8–17 years old · 9–15 hours per week · $55–$430

About the provider

The program’s mission is to help young athletes achieve their goals in gymnastics, whether their goal is having fun, tumbling and trampoline, or training for and competing in national and international competitions.

Yearly $60 membership fee per family is stated for several programs. Recreational classes are session-based (7–12-week sessions), 40–55 minutes once or twice per week optional. Recreational classes have two make-ups per session and no refunds; credits are issued with a doctor’s note. Advanced classes have two make-ups per session and no refunds; credits are issued with a doctor’s note. Home Team, Pre-Team 1, Pre-Team 2, and Travel Team state no make-ups and no refunds; credit issued to the GSTA portal with a doctor’s note.
