The Bergen County 4-H Youth Development Program is part of Rutgers NJAES Cooperative Extension of Bergen County, New Jersey. The 4-H Youth Development program uses a learn-by-doing approach that involves youth in activities supported by the knowledge and resources of the Land-Grant University System and the involvement of caring adults. Educational programs are provided to all residents without regard to race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, sex, disability, political beliefs, sexual orientations, or marital or family status.
• Schedule: Horticulture Consultant available Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Master Gardener Helpline available Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. from April through September; office hours Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with weekend and evening programs and services available as advertised.
