Amerikick Delran has been serving families since 1994 as part of the Amerikick organization, which was founded in 1967 and has grown to over 30 locations in PA, NJ, RI, NY, FL, WI, and KS. The program offers age-specific classes, and instructors are trained and certified to teach and motivate children. In preschool and kids martial arts classes, there is an emphasis on respect and on when to use or not use self-defense training. Parents are encouraged to watch their children in kids martial arts lessons and also have the option to join adult classes, or to drop children off for class and pick them up later. The fitness kickboxing program states that participants can burn up to 1000 calories in as little as 60 minutes.
