YWCamps (YWCA Northern New Jersey) includes activities such as Arts & Crafts, Nature Exploration, Theater & Drama, Field Games, and Swimming & Water Play. All activities at YWCamps (YWCA Northern New Jersey) seamlessly integrate language arts and math to academically support campers throughout the summer months. The program also offers a Leaders In Training (LIT) Program for older participants.

• Price: The YWCA NNJ will pass a 3% surcharge for all transactions and accounts drafting from American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards.
YWCamps (YWCA Northern New Jersey) offers ACA-accredited camp programs. These ACA-accredited camp programs are described as offering families an exceptional summer camp experience at a purposefully affordable rate for children aged 5 to 12 years. Financial assistance is available to income-eligible families. The Leaders In Training Program is designed to impart crucial leadership skills to young adults ages 13–16 who hope to gain some work experience, and is described as a fun way for teens to learn the basics of leadership and build responsibility, while enjoying themselves. The YWCamp@Dumont LIT Program is described as the perfect opportunity for teens to learn leadership skills for future opportunities and is designed to train those who are ready to take on new challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities.
YWCA Northern New Jersey reports over 100 years of impact. Its stated mission is being dedicated to eliminating racism, promoting racial understanding, and advancing gender equity. The leadership team includes Daniela Pinto, Director of Youth Development. Families are instructed to include a copy of their child(ren)’s health record with immunizations within the last 24 months, and the application will not be processed without medical forms. One parent shared, “I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks for the terrific camp program you provided this summer.
