About
Raritan Valley YMCA Youth Programs offers summer camp, youth sports, swim lessons, group exercise classes, infant and toddler care, preschool, before- and after-school care, and camp programs. The programs also include a swim team, personal training, online and in-person health and wellness education and programming, and support, education and mentoring to childcare kids. The YMCA also offers senior fitness, SNAP Navigators, and a state food distribution program.

Its leadership team includes Executive Director Gina Stravic; Associate Executive Director Preeti Srivastava; Director of Aquatics, Riptide Swim Team Brian Rose; Childcare Director Gillian Withum; Day Camp & After School Director Brenda Dempsey; Fitness & Program Director Allison Gambino; and Membership Director Poonam Rawat. The mission of the Raritan Valley YMCA is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The organization coordinates a state food distribution program and connects neighbors in Middlesex County to the New Jersey Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NJ SNAP) through SNAP Navigators.
